CLASS TIMES
Our members can opt-in for open gym access. Members have access to the facilities and equipment at any time outside of our class times. Open gym provides an opportunity to work out individually or focus on a particular movement. No programming or coaches will be available during open gym times.

WORKOUTS FOR EVERY LEVEL
Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit athlete or brand new to fitness, our classes are for you.
The WOD (Workout Of the Day) contains movements scaled appropriately for each individual's abilities and fitness level. A trained coach leads the class to not only motivate you but ensure you're completing the movements safely and appropriately. We cap our classes at 15 members per class, meaning you'll have plenty of personal space and equipment.
COMMUNITY DAY
Join us on the first Saturday of each month for a FREE Community Day! No need to register - just show up! We offer classes at 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Feel free to bring a friend or two!
KIDDOS
Children are permitted to join you during class time. If your children are interested in participating, we offer Phoenix Kids Camps at various times throughout the year! Receive updates and learn more about our Phoenix Kids classes HERE!
